My entry has sidelights and a transom. Are those included?
They are part of the same job and we price them into the estimate rather than tacking them on later. Sidelight and transom frames are usually the first thing to go, because they are slimmer than the door stiles and hold water in the glazing rebate. Glass is masked and the muntins are worked by hand. If the putty or the glazing bead has failed, we will tell you before we start rather than sealing a leak under fresh finish.
Will you match the color that is on the door now?
We can, and we will also show you what is under it. How much disruption is there to the house during the day?
